Patient Billing

The primary focus in our office is to provide you with the finest dental services at reasonable fees. These fees will always be quoted and discussed in advance of treatment.

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit. Since our strive is to deliver the best quality of care at the most reasonable cost to our patients we ask that payment be made at the time service is rendered. For your consideration, our office always discuss fees in advance before we perform any treatment.

If you have questions regarding your account, please contact our office. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Policy for Scheduling of Appointments

We reserve the doctor and hygienist’s time on the schedule for each patient procedure. To maintain the utmost service and care, we do require a 2 working days notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled without a 2 working days notice, will incur a fee of $50.00. To service all of our patients in a timely manner, arrival 20 minutes or later is considered a missed appointment.

Insurance:

At Beach Heights Dentistry we accept all PPO insurances, however we are not in network with any plans at this time.   Our front office staff is here to make sure you get the most out of your benefit and would be happy to send out all claims on your behalf for your reimbursement.

Payment Options:

We understand that finances may be a concern and will gladly assist you in making the best payment option for you.

We offer convenient monthly payment plans through CareCredit. Their information can be obtained through visiting www.carecredit.com. Should you have any questions regarding this option please do not hesitate to call.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
